WHAT IS FOREST BATHING?
Forest Bathing, also called shinrin-yoku or forest therapy, is a rapidly-growing, research-based way of supporting health, happiness, and well-being. It is also about reclaiming our sense of belonging and our relationships with nature, whatever that may look like for each of us as individuals.
“What can anyone give you greater than now, starting here, right in this room, when you turn around?”
- William Stafford
